The W Cross Dome M crosses air tubes from both sides to make living space in an 8kg dome. There is no hunting for the hole to push a pole into; you press the pump and it takes shape. When is the Air Magic W Cross Dome M out, and what does it cost?
From Thursday, Aug 27, 2026, it goes on sale in stages at the LOGOS Shop and mass retailers nationwide. The price is JPY 74,800 incl. tax, and it is a new model in LOGOS's set of 2027 models.
Sleeping in a tent for more than half the year, you pitch dozens of times a year. So in a tent's spec table I first look at the setup time and whether one person can handle the weight. This tent is about 5 minutes and about 8.0kg, both quite light for a family tent.
How I judged it
First I compared it with LOGOS's own air tent, the PANEL Tunnel Dome XL. Weight falls to under half, from about 16.5kg to about 8.0kg, and the price to under half, from JPY 165,000 to JPY 74,800.
What I weighed was the size: the inner is about 210 × 210cm. With 4 sleeping, that is 52.5cm each, which is tight for 4 adults. Still, I recommend it because 2 adults and 2 small children sleep fine and it goes up in 5 minutes just by adding air. It ends the day of finishing a first camping trip worn out from pitching.

Packed size is 70 × 30 × 25 = 52.5L. That is about one third of the PANEL Tunnel Dome XL's 164L, and it does not take space in a car's cargo area.

For a similar floor, the pole type is cheaper and lighter. The gap to the LDX is +JPY 47,300 and +2.4kg. What you buy with that gap is "pitching without hesitation," which is worth more the less you like memorizing pole combinations.

What I like, and a short caveat
It lets the wind through. There are large windows in the ceiling and back, and vents as well. The roof has a gentle wave shape so rainwater runs off.
A fabric that takes sparks into account. The fly is a flame-retardant poly taffeta that meets the US CPAI-84 standard, with a UV-cut finish that blocks about 90% or more of ultraviolet light. Flame-retardant means hard to burn, so the usual cautions for using fire near a tent still apply.
You can make a vestibule. Set up the included canopy and you get a roof for luggage and rain cover in front of the entrance.

Who is it for?
It suits a family of 3 or 4 with small children best. While you pitch for 5 minutes, the other adult can watch the kids. Divided among people, the inner is 70cm each for 3 and 105cm each for 2, and with 2 you can keep luggage in the sleeping area too.
