The first thing I checked was where it attaches. It isn't a liner that goes inside the bag; it layers on the outside. Your shoulders and feet don't get squeezed, and rolling over feels the same.
Next I did the temperature math. The compatible Washable Slumber Schlaf (SC) 5 is rated to 5°C. Take off the 8°C guide figure and you can aim for nights down to around minus 3°C (5 − 8).
What gave me pause was the word "guide." I still recommend it. I can't think of anything else that stretches a sleeping bag's range into early winter for JPY 4,950.

What's good, and what to watch
The best part is how many ways you can use it. Layer it on a bag at night, drape it over your shoulders and toggle it at the chest as a poncho, or fold it into a lap blanket. It earns its place by the fire and in the car. The hanger loop makes drying it in the shade easy, too.
The thing to watch is that 8°C is a "guide" figure. How cold you feel depends on you, your clothes and your mat. On cold nights, it's worth rethinking your mat's insulation as well.
Who is it for?
It suits people who already own a Slumber Schlaf or Deep Sleeper and want to camp in late fall or early winter too. It costs less than another bag and adds only about 950g.
